Cancellation, Exchange and Return policy

In principle, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns of products for your reasons after the order completion. However, in case the product you receive is stained, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, please contact the “ACTHREAD Official Online Store” Customer Support within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange for the exchange of the merchandise.
